SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 14 was read the

The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                             
NO. 14 Relating to requesting the Governor to negotiate a 40-hour                                   
workweek with state employees, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken
